We want you to be completely happy with MediaHub. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with MediaHub for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email peter@edenstudios.com with your order details (name or email used at checkout is sufficient). We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method through Paddle.

After 14 days

Refund requests received after the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We're reasonable people — if something genuinely isn't working, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

What happens to your licence

Once a refund is processed your licence key will be deactivated and you should remove MediaHub from your site(s). You are welcome to repurchase at any time.
