Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of MediaHub, a commercial ProcessWire module sold by Peter Knight Digital, trading as EdenWeb Peter Knight in Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or downloading MediaHub you agree to these Terms.
Our websites are peterknight.digital and edenstudios.com.
2. Licence grant
Each MediaHub licence is a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of production sites permitted by the plan you purchased (Solo, Scale, Studio, or Agency). Local development and staging environments do not count towards site limits.
3. Updates & support
A licence purchase includes one year of software updates from the date of purchase. After that period you may optionally renew at a reduced rate to continue receiving updates. Your installed version will continue to function regardless of renewal status.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or your licence key with third parties.
- Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
- Use the software in a way that violates applicable law.
5. Payment & pricing
All payments are processed securely by Paddle (our merchant of record). Prices are listed in USD and EUR and may be adjusted from time to time. The price you pay at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with MediaHub for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Intellectual property
MediaHub and all related code, documentation, and assets remain the intellectual property of Peter Knight Digital. Your licence grants a right to use the software, not ownership of it.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
MediaHub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peter Knight Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your licence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of MediaHub after changes constitutes acceptance.
